1.       Payment Terms: 100% Advance
2.       The subscription period will be treated as per the publisher’s policy.
3.       All the issues will be delivered to your library by Post/Courier/Hand Delivery except for the publisher having a direct delivery policy.
4.       We will issue a refund of a proportionate amount in case of Journals against the non-receipt of issues if any.
5.       No refunds will be provided against weekly Indian magazines and direct delivery magazines and Journals.
6.       A supplementary bill will be raised if the prices are hiked/increased by the publisher.
7.       Kindly send DD in favour of “APEX SUBSCRIPTION PVT. LTD” payable at Mumbai.
8.       This is a system-generated invoice signature not required.
9.       The printed copies may come in combined issues from some publishers due to a shortage of articles. This will not make any change in the subscription rate.
10.   If an additional issue is published by any publisher the same will be provided without an additional cost.
11.   The industry standard guidelines for delivery are as follows:

·         For weekly publications please allow up to two to six to eight weeks for your first delivery from the date of payment.

·         For monthly publications please allow up to four to six weeks for your first delivery from the date of payment.

·         For bi-monthly publications please allow up to six to eight weeks for your first delivery from the date of payment.

·         For international Journals please allow up to ten to twelve weeks for your first delivery from the date of payment.

·         The subsequent issues will be delivered as and when published/printed and received from the publisher.

12.   International Journals / Magazines may get delayed if stuck in customs clearance and take 3-6 months for the clearance. We will not charge any additional customs fees/storage fees to the college apart from the subscription rate.
13.   The subscription order and copies printed are purely based on the orders received till Nov/Dec every year by the publishers.
14.   It takes more time for delivery if the order is received post-publication of the Journal as the publisher sends these orders for reprint.
