The Chief Guest of the Inaugural Ceremony was Mr. Pankaj Dubey, Founder and CEO, DSPIN Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Delhi. Mr. Kartikay Agarwal, a young dynamic leader and CEO, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions, Mr. Ashish Bhalla, Associate Director-HR, HCL Technologies, Mr. Debargha Deb, National Manager Sales, HRBP, Dabur, Mr. Niraj Kumar, Senior General Manager, Corporate-HR, Havells were amongst the other dignitaries present during the inaugural ceremony apart from Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director of the Institute.
In his welcome address Mr. Kartikay Agarwal expressed his thanks and gratitude towards all the dignitaries and welcomed all the new entrants. He said that GLBIMR have created growth and opportunities, but students have to put efforts and make use of every opportunities. He urged students to participate in national and international activities provided by GLBIMR and gain knowledge with right attitude to serve the society at large and world.
The Chief Guest of the event Mr. Pankaj Dubey congratulated students for choosing one of the great B-school for their management studies. He said- three things required to make India economically strong and powerful i.e. Research & Development, Women empowerment (Nari Samman) and focus on energy alternative resources. He advised students to understand and realize their potential as almighty has gifted us enormous potential, just need to be realized and act accordingly. Mr. Dubey further said that success and failure depends upon thought, mind and action. He advised students to pursue things that make changes in their lives.
On this occasion, the Institute’s Research Journal “Optimization journal of Research in Management” was released by the dignitaries.
